Default car stalls at idle

So I have a 2005 mustang gt automatic, recently it has been stalling on me when I would keep it in park or if I would hold on to the brake for too long. Right before it would stall the engine will make a gulping noise and then shut off completely. If you have any ideas on what you think the problem is please respond. -thank you

Fixed your thread title, not likely going to get much action with just 'need help' for your title.

How about some more information. Do you have a tune? Any mods? What have you changed recently on the car? When did this start happening?

Probably the most common cause is a dirty throttle body so spend a few minutes cleaning it inside especially between the throttle blade and bore. Any dirt that's accumulated there obstructs airflow when the throttle's closed and can thus cause low idle issues and even engine stalling.
It's a good idea to clean the TB on a regular basis so I'd recommend doing it every 5000 miles when you change the engine oil.

I had a spider make a web near the MAF once and that did something similar. Check the airflow path as previously mentioned by DDB.

Thanks a lot dude. Cleaning out my throttle body did the trick. Appreciate the advice.

Yep, as other have stated, clean your throttle body. There's a company that makes a car electronic part cleaner that should be used. Here it is:
Amazon.com: CRC 05018 Lectra-Motive Electric Parts Cleaner - 19 Wt Oz.: Automotive Amazon.com: CRC 05018 Lectra-Motive Electric Parts Cleaner - 19 Wt Oz.: Automotive
