No start, 2006 V6
Hi all,
Our 2006 V6 mustang will push start (and then run fine) but won't crank start.
Battery voltage at rest is fine, battery and starter cables appear fine, lights/radio work, and I removed the starter and Autozone said it tested good.
Are there other things I can check myself (ignition switch, clutch position sensor, etc)? Don't know much about automechanics, but I can use a wrench, multimeter, etc.
Thanks

Well, when I put the starter back on, it started right up. Maybe the ground or one of the cables was loose, but I don't think so. I am afraid the problem is just waiting to happen again; we'll see.
At least my daughter learned how to push start a car!
