Default Part Identification

I need help finding the name of this part, my car doesn't have it. I have a V6 & got a dual exhaust conversion but there's something missing and I don't know what it's called so I can't buy it :/ Can anyone help??

If you put that OEM part number in ebay, you can find them $30-$50 cheaper...

You have the Transmission cross member if you are driving the car, if you are worried about the brackets the X-Pipe goes into don't worry about it. A lot of people actually cut those off because of the vibration the caused.

Well, you're missing the exhaust hangers for the crossmember. I don't remember if those bolt onto the crossmember or not.

Also- people cut those hangers off? I wouldn't, since those and the hangers at the mufflers are the only ones on the whole system.

I guess I have the cross member but the x-pipe has those brackets sticking off of it and mine is shuddering the ENTIRE car any time i drive for more than 10 minutes....it makes me not want to drive, and I LOVE my car. It really is that bad. If I buy regular muffler exhaust hangers (couldnt find any online for that specific place on the car) would those help reduce that shaking and squealing and whatnot?
If that wouldn't help, would welding be a soulution to that problem?

That TSB goes for 05-08 and I have a 2009, does this method still work for my car? I'd assume it would but you never know...

Is the vibration coming from the brackets hitting the crossmember? That seems like a pretty likely reason, though I just thought that it was rattling so much because it wasnt secure.
