Default No crank, No Start

I have a 2007 Mustang GT, I recently pulled the steering rack forward in order to load and torque my control arm bolts (had some noise). Next day I get ready for work, and notice my car will not crank, and will not start.

I've tested

Battery = Good
Alternator = Good
Starter = Tested Bad, Replaced same issue with a new one, no crank, no start, same isue

I noticed that the #4 30A fuse was blown so I replaced it, cranked the car, and it blows immediately. I've checked as best I could for exposed wires, and shorts but could not find any, mine you I am no expert, I am just going by what I read.

Any input would be extremely helpful, and would save me a lot of money if I can fix it myself.

Ford hasn't used a separate starter relay for decades. Fuse #4 feeds the starter solenoid. You've very likely pinched a wire when you were working down there.
