Diablo 91 Octane Tune, 4.0 V6
I got my hands on an Diablo intune i2 programmer from my brother in law a few weeks ago.
I emailed diablo and they are claiming a 15-20 rwhp increase and 20ish ftlbs of torque with an 91 octane performance tune. All I have to do is buy a license for the tuner from them.
I'm looking for some increased throttle response and better overall driveability, the extra power would be nice too.
Car is a 2006 4.0 V6 and I do have a K&N CAI.
Have you guys had any experience with Diablo tunes?
Are they any good or will I blow my engine sky high?
Thanks in advance!

The tuner of preference is a SCT brand of tuners. You'll find most aftermarket Mustang places support that one better than Diablo. I don't have any personal experience with the Diablo but from what I've heard, the SCT just gives the tuning companies better access/more options to configure than the Diablo.
15-20 RWHP is feasible on a 4.6L mustang for just a tune. That seems a bit of a stretch for an otherwise stock 4.0L.
