clunk over bumps - not sure what else to check now

No, it's not a strut tower brace. It's a crossmember brace that goes under the car.
Part numbers for the Ford brace are in this thread

I purchased the CHE brace

I went to replace the bushings when I replaced my endlinks. But RockAuto sent me the rears instead of the fronts. No big deal, but I didn't realize until the bar was off. I put a little grease on the inside of the bushing and put them back on. Tightened the brackets down as much as I could. It is discouraging to how difficult this is to locate.

I noticed that the clunk really reveals itself when I hit a bump or pot hole on one side. For example, if the right wheel hits a manhole cover and the left doesn't, the sound is very noticeable (or vice versa, left and right). But if I go over a speed bump, I don't really hear it. Suggestions? The sway bar is the only think I can think of that is connected to both sides.

You likely need to torque the bolts to spec, adn if you didn't use locktite (blue) on the suspension parts you should do that now. Suspension components almost always need to be retorqued about a week after installing them.

And creaks and clunks went away. So the endlinks must have gone bad and/or the sway-car is bad. Now sure how that would be, its just a bar.
Is it ok to drive a week or so two with the endlinks removed while I wait for new endlinks to ship?
Thanks.
