Anybody dyno tested with these mods or know an estimate?

From an earlier post I made in another forum:
You need to decide whether you want to keep the engine NA with bolt ons or add forced induction. That way you won't spend money on parts that won't help you reach your goal. Stock 2005.5-2009 GTs came with 265-275rwhp (some early 2005 GTs came with as little as 255rwhp) so that's your baseline.
NA bolt on upgrades effectively come in four stages:
Stage 1: CAI, underdrive pulleys, charge motion delete plates, tune; 300-305rwhp. Cost ~$1200 & good value for money.
Stage 2: LT headers/shorty midpipe, performance cams, retune; 340-350rwhp. This is where it starts to get expensive. Cost ~$1600 parts alone + minimum 10 hours labor.
Stage 3: Intake manifold, 62mm TB, CNC ported heads, dyno tune; 380-390rwhp. Cost ~$4500. For that much you could get the Department Of Boost GT450 supercharger kit and reach, you've guessed it, 450rwhp (with stock exhaust).
Stage 4: 298ci or 302ci stroker build; 420-430rwhp if you've done stages 1-3. Cost $2300 plus installation.

I always thought it was comical when guys take the advertised HP gains and think they will get nearly 100hp for X amount of dollars from simple bolts ons such as CAI, Tuner, Headers and a throw away Throttle Body. A little research really does go along way

And I said 40-50 where the f*ck you getting 100 from?
Sounds like your just having dejavu when you were first getting into modding.

You sound like you know what your talking about, and thanks for the referrals etc!

You don't need to get butt hurt bc I simply stated the obvious. Your basically taking advertised hp numbers and adding them together. That throttle body will net you zero b/c you don't have the setup to utilize it. You move up in the build then consider the throttle body. If you ever have plans to supercharge then skip the CAI
So lets see if im in the ballpark here:
-CAI + Tune = 20 to 25 hp
-Headers + Midpipe + Catback = 25 to 30 hp
-Throttle Body = 10 to 15 hp (it actually states 15 rwhp on americanmuscle)
So in total around upwards of 70 rwhp & 70 ft lbs torque correct?
And any suggestions on what more I can add or is it jjust supercharging & nitrous left?
Thanks so much
Its the 3.7 V6 bro not the 5.0, but i do plan on looking at the 2020-2021 S650 GT's when they release!

Since that engine already came from the factory in a higher state of tune, the HP gains from various upgrades will be smaller i.e. 10-12rwhp from CAI & tune, 15-17rwhp from LT headers back exhaust. A bigger TB will do diddly squat.
Stock 3.7s usually dyno 255-265rwhp so the above upgrades should land you somewhere near 290rwhp.

That's correct and I just realized that Parker9090 actually has a 3.7 V6. LOL.
