Default Lowering Springs VS Strut Tower Brace

Right now I only have the money for one of them, the ones im checking out are about the same price, my car is a 06 V6, which would help my handling better?
Thanks!

The springs. But, with an 11 year old car it would be REALLY smart to replace the shocks/struts at the same time.

Strut top hearing mount as well. On an 06 they will likely disintegrate on removal anyway.

With lowering springs you will need new shocks and struts anyway so that is good advice to replace them. The stock wears out quickly once lowered - and given the age of your car they are likely ready anyway.

How much of a drop? Over 1" like 1.5 or more you'll probably need a bump-steer kit to keep the front suspension geometry correct. Also, more than a 1" drop you'll want to run a strut that is valved for the loss in travel. OEM struts on really lowered cars feels like crap.
