Crossmember vs Kmember

Crossmember vs Kmember
Yo guys, I tried to search to see if anyone has broken this down but didn't find anything.
But anyway can I replace my cross member with a K member?
I've really been looking into the tubular k members like BMR and want to know if it'll replace it or are they separate entities
Trying to do some suspension upgrades on my 07 s197 4.0

The factory is K-member, you're just upgrading it with BMR, for lighter
weight, and in case you want to change to electric steering.
This is the OEM:
So, you're replacing it with the tube one; about 4 hours.
BMR Suspension Tubular K-Member is designed to fit all 2005-2014 Mustangs, including the V6, GT,
Bullitt, BOSS, and Shelby GT500 models with BMR or stock A-arms and spindles installed. This
also fixes any header clearance issues....
