Default Unknown Header Issue

Not sure if this is the best place to put this. I purchased a Kooks header and what was in the box was not a Kooks header. I am stuck with the item. I have contacted Kooks to Identify the headers they informed me it was not there header but that the flange is for a 2 valve Ford, either 4.6L or 5.4L . I have looked out alot of pictures in google images trying to identify them and cannot seem to find these ones. I am not very knowledgeable at headers but one thing I have tried to look for is the small tube with a female adaptor fitting that extends from one of the tubes. Any help or suggestions on this would be appreciated. Attached pictures.

How did you get stuck with these? Seller not taking them back?

As for the thread part in your first pic and second pic, that is most likely for the A.I.R. system. (Air Injection System). It is/was a Ford emissions thing from the 90's through early 2000's which is exactly when the 2V 4.6 and 5.4 engines were around . Fresh air is injected into the exhaust to help reduce certain emissions gases Like CO (carbon Monoxide). CO combines with air that contains Oxygen to form CO2 which is more easy for the environment to deal with. Unburnt Hydrocarbons (HCO) catalyze to form Water and CO2, etc.

Anyways, these types of systems in those years were usually found in California (CARB emissions). The headers should work just fine for a non CARB vehicle but the bungs would need to be plugged. My 2000 V6 mustang had an AIR system with these on the manifolds and subsequent headers. It was from Cali but none of the other 49 state cars had them.
