Sounds like a nice configuration.

I assume you have been putting Ice in the intercooler reservoir between runs. I'm not a drag racer, so I have no input on the driver mods. There is a street/strip forum here that might get better input...

I think the problem is that your gearing is too short to cope with the torque your engine's producing, resulting in you wheelspinning a lot of power away. First gear, in particular, is uselessly short. A set of 3.55 axle gears (what you had as stock) would allow you to make better use of the available power, and you'd only have to change gears twice instead of three times on the way to the 1/4 mile.

Thanks for the reply and I will visit Strip Street.

Good thoughts, but I was not spinning at all I could tell (have vids) and I seem to be hooking right off the line and keeping it down track.
I am looking at suspension next but I dont want to lower, maybe just transfer better.

Thanks Again !

It might not be a case of spinning off the line. Your rear gearing with your transmission gearing, may be hurting you on the top end. What gear are you going through the traps in? And how quickly are you going through the gears?

Sounds like that is your problem. It's not spinning you simply are outrunning your gears because you have the rear end set up with 4.56 gears. So the top end your car has no more to give.

You are most likely spinning during your 60ft and that is why it sucks or possibly bogging. I would not switch back to 355s as suggested by another member. Actually short gears on the track are what most run. 410s are common. U need to speak with a performance shop that races. Id suggest brenspeed. As they are race every year.

My experience is that my 410s were amazing. My 60ft times represents that. Id suggest mating a torque convertor with the setup as that will keep you in the power band all that time.

Under zero circumstances should you be going to a 355 or 373.

I went from 410s to 373s as i dont race anymore and there is an absolute loss

You are turning off the OD before going down the strip. You should not allow the car to go into overdrive. It will kill times
