Default Breather Catch Can Thoughts

I am curious if any of you are running the UPR Breather (or whatever other brand) tank on your boosted 4.6L? Specifically, are there any issues that would affect the tune/check engine lights. I have a 08 GT with an oil fed Novi 2200 HO. Its dyno'd around 530/540rwhp. I do have breathers on the passenger side valve cover/oil fill cap.

I currently run an old, old JLT...possibly first generation closed catch can and I personally think its garbage. Been researching it and people claim that it is too short of a run to properly do its job.

Just curious what people think from those who actually have one, or have done even more research than I.

Thanks fellas.

Not specific to your boosted 4.6, but I've been running a catch can on my 3.7 and it does what it's supposed to without causing any problems. No check engine lights or anything like that.

I already run a closed catch can...just curious about an open/breather catch can.

I had a breather on mine and removed it and installed a catch can. Just go with a catch can
