05 GT won’t stay running
Have you completely drained the old fuel and then refilled it with fresh fuel? The car doesn't get driven a lot and people seem to really discount how quickly fuel can go stale. Even in as little as a month. .Mixing in fresh fuel doesn't always work if the old fuel is really crappy and in some cases will be worse because you figure, "It has some fresh fuel mixed in. so it can't be that."
Drain the old stuff completely and add some fuel system cleaner with the fresh stuff. Then try again. It may take some cranking to get it going again and it will most likely have a crap idle for a few minutes but it should at least start and run smooth after a few minutes of driving.

P1000
P2195
P2197
The first code may not be an issue, triggering because you can't get it to run so it won't finish the testing

The second one could be an oxygen sensor - I don't recall seeing that you had checked that yet. Other things can also trip that code though. You said that the MAF was clean, what did you use to clean it with?

But since the third code also points to an oxygen sensor issue, that may be the thing to check next

Apparently, to see the p2195 and the p2197 codes at the same time indicates faulty MAF sensor, fuel pressure issue, or a vacuum leak. I guess it would be rare to see both O2 sensors die at the same time (plus, the car only has 14,000 miles on it).
All vacuum hoses are hooked up and in good shape. Can’t find any obvious vacuum issues.
So I looked at the MAF sensor. Got the car to start. Before it sputtered out, I unplugged the MAF sensor. The car hiccuped, but kept running. I plugged it back in and the car died. Does that maybe give a clue to whether or not it’s functioning?
edited to add, I just ordered a new MAF sensor. I’ll report back if it helps…

Yes, that gives a clue that the MAF is faulty.
It could also be dirty. Did the JLT intake have an oiled filter? If the filter was over oiled it would mess up the MAF, but using a MAF cleaner on it has helped others in that situation.

Thanks, I actually thought about that. But, I have the dry filter.
Here’s my update…
I replaced the MAF sensor with a new one, but the problem continues.
I cleaned and reinstalled the oem sensor…same problem.
If I unplug the MAF while the car is off, it will start up and run ok.
if I start the car with the MAF connected then unplug the MAF, the car will keep running. Reconnect the MAF, it will die.
So it must be related to the MAF sensor connector or wiring or computer or ??? Ugh…

Update. The car is running well now, but I really don’t know what fixed it. I removed the decorative engine covers and the air intake tube to inspect for loose or damaged wires/hoses/connectors. Found everything in perfect condition so I put everything back. Fired up the car again and it seems to be idling smoothly and running fine!
thanks everyone for the help!

Something probably was knocked out of alignment, and then when you took things apart to inspect, you got everything back tight again is my guess.
I'm glad you got it sorted out, even though you don't know what the exact problem was.
