Default P0306 code/ rough idling

My idling has been rough for a bit, I’ve changed the spark plug and the fuel injector, I had 3 p0306 codes at first then 2 after the spark plug and now 1 after the fuel injector. The car starts good and runs perfect for a little but once it gets warm it starts to gurgle and you can feel the extra vibration from the misfire.
wondering if anyone can help or give me and insight on what would be causing it.

The remaining code could be due to a bad COP. Clear the codes, swap COPs with the no.5 cylinder, and see if the ECU throws a P0305 instead.

I actually looked at this after swapping out my 6th coil pack with a brand new one and the code when away. I kept the car in park and it sat at 1k rpm I pushed it up to 2k and let it sit idle after and it was fine, pushed to 3k same thing all the way up to 4k. If the problem pops back up again I will swap out the coil packs like I did the spark plug. Do you think the oxygen sensor would have anything to do with it, I got a code only once for a negative charge in the o2 sensor.
