MOST any official registry will want your VIN... the VIN proves your car to be authentic. (You didn't take a car that came from the factory BLUE and have it Painted RED!).

I had a very rare 69 Torino Cobra GT. I was accused several times of taking a stock Torino and turning it into a Cobra. All I needed was my VIN to prove it as authentic.

Prof Wizard...I understand why they want it now...Mine is definaltley Torch Red..

I have a question for ya since your car is a show car tell me what you wash it with and do you clay, polish and seal?
What kind of wax do you use and how often..

I want my car to look this good 10 years down the road...

Also congrats on winning 1st place last year

Gin...

I wash it either by hand with a lite dab of Dove.. or - I take it to Water Way (Touchless) but they use towels I give them to dry it off.

I use Meguairs Clay and lube... when ever I feel it needs it..

I Wax it with Pinnacle Sovereign now, but started out waxing it with Turtle Wax - Platinum Series
Ultra Gloss Wax. Pinnacle is around $70 - but good does it SHINE!... The Turtle did a FINE job on shine but lacked the dimension that Pinnicle gives.

I detail with Meguairs Detail Spray.

You don't have to put your VIN. When I first registered, I just put in abc123 and it let me register. I've got my real VIN in now. I'm the 21st one registered.

Way to go girl!!! I also get a lot of compliments about the blue color; not too common. I like the windveil color, I have always wanted a baby blue 'stang, but I can sure see why you went for the GT. VRRROOOOMMMM!!!
It's good to see another chick who appreciates the power. Congrats, If you're brave, you could let your husband drive the GT and then he will understand.
