Just have done rears (Eibach ProKit) so far. See pic. Ford has rear end up so high this has solved that and I may not touch the front unless the rear settles more. Every person but one I've see so far had to switch in adj panhard bar to bring rear end back in alignment (side to side) Mine was out 1/2"-5/8" ; BMR adj ph bar is quality, solves that
ssue.

BTW, pic is with full tank of gas.

I would think that having two different types of springs on the car at the same time would make for some odd handling characteristics.

I'm still in kinda "wait and see mode" (I hate to see the front lower than the back once again...) Couldn't tell you if my current setup would be better or worse than stock in road race conditions. For straight line and normal driving conditions I haven't noticed anything different and really wouldn't expect to.

...anyhow, I've got the fronts ready to install if I feel it's the best thing. Thanks for the input man... ...Jim

As for the ride, it made it quite a bit stiffer.

A set of Tokico D-Specs will take care of that.
those are also like $650 O_o

Yea they are expensive but well worth it. Alot of people don't realize how the the ride can change when you lower the car it handles better but one bad bridge to road transition can jar your teeth loose without them. My car was lowered from April to July before Tokico came out with a set of adjustable Struts for the 05. I can not begin to tell you how much it improved the ride and handling. If you shop around you can get them for $600.

Okay I just found the BMR adjustable panhard rod. Common sense tells me to go with the chrome moly, but is it really needed? What type of adjustable panhards did some of you guys go with? Is there a better make out there for the money than BMR? [8D]

Just a thought... if the panhard bar is needed how come you do not see it with the full suspensions kits? Roush,Saleen,Ford?[8D]

Because it's not needed.

blackhorse05: can you put a pic with your lowered result? My ProKit lowered the unsightly rear of my GT by quite a lot (see my pic in previous post). The rear shifted to the right a good 1/2" and that's way too much for my liking. I used the BMR chrome moly adj.
MPHR004 in black. $179; to get it back right on the money.

Yet to do the front... waiting and thinking about that one...
