Since Dec. 1st my long awaited for mustang has "arrived at the ramp" per the Ford recording. It's now Dec. 9th. Any idea why my car hasn't arrived at the dealer?

 

Do you know what is the distance from the ramp to your dealer is? Also, how many other dealers between the ramp and your dealer?

For me, the ramp to my dealer is only 50 miles. Also there is a ton of dealers between the two so it didn't take long for a full truckload to ecru.
