Serviceing over winter storage...
Question for anyone out there in a similiar situation, I'll probably phone Ford directly to get the real answer, but till then....
My car is in storage for the winter (Ice roads + gravel/sand = rock chips galore) I've only put 200 miles on the car between the last scheduled servicing and when I put it to bed for the winter. According to my book I'm supposed to bring it in for a service every 3 months regardless of miles. Do I have to with only 200 miles on it since it's last serviceing? Do you think they'll cut my warranty if I don't bring it in?

RE: Serviceing over winter storage...
My car only had 2500 miles on it when I put it away for the winter. I took her out this month for her first oil change at the dealer and they said they would not do it until the car had 5000 miles or 6 months. I hope we get a nice day in January so I can take her in.

I can't imagine they'd cut the warranty. Only way is if there is an express statement in the warranty saying if you don't bring it in every six months you lose warranty protection. I don't remember anything like that in the warranty agreement.
