My real problem with them is that they do not work properly on cars like ours which were not designed for the doors to go up.
Even with the lambo door mod you still have to open the door out before lifting it up and they don't get out of the way so it's a struggle to get in and out and the damn things are awkward and heavy.
If you have a show car and want it just for looks then it's a personal taste deal but if you want to use your car as a daily driver, I think you might just start to hate them.

has anyone installed a set of lambo doors on there car yet. I have looked at doing it but i have heard some bad things about them. One of my friends had a set but they were always tearing up but then again he bought the cheapest set on the market.

Personal preferences aside, another thing to think about is how the stang's auto adjust windows work...i wouldn't trust something like that to seal properly with aftermarket "lambo" style doors
plus like Mikehawke said, the weight would really take it's toll on the hinges etc...
unless your cars JUST for show and only for show, i wouldn't advise going lambo on the stang.......now the mural of Richard Simmons....hhmmm, that's an idea.......[sm=smiley20.gif]
