Default Guage sender ? - quick?

Hi Replaced my CLassic oil guage with one from Autometer. Forgot to uninstall the Classic sender and hook the Autometer one up.

.......well the guage is registering properly around 55-60. Both senders are 100 psi max.

Is there a reason to change?

25-40 at idle when hot

Normal?

!!!!!!!!!!! I can spell !!!! - GAUGE

Oh well, the hook ups were a nightmare, but now since i know where to get power from, etc. it would be EASY to do again.
I used the Speed of Sound gauge pod. Love it.
Had Classic guages until I realized they were the wrong size. Ordered Autometer cobalt. Wish they would dim just a little bit more, but they are fine.
NICE GAUGES

Hooked up a voltmeter and an oil pressure (both electrical).

I think I am leaving the classic sender on unless anyone can give me a reason to change.

!!!
Also for the first few seconds the gauges turn on there is a mechanical buzz / gearing kind of sound.
Is this normal???

Any pics or write up for the install? A link for the gauges?
