Default High Performance Sound

I have a question...

I'm planning on upgrading my '05 GT in the near future. Concerning intake and exhaust upgrades, here's what I'm looking at:

1. C&L mass-air system
2. SCT XCal2 tune by Brenspeed
3. SLP PowerFlo-X Crossover Pipe, Full Assembly w/ cats
4. SLP Loudmouth axle-back exhausts

Basically, I want a high-performance sound, something better and louder than stock. However, I do not want it to be obnoxiously loud like it would be if I was driving around with the latter half of my exhaust missing. The performance sound of the engine is what I'm trying to squeeze out of it (with a noticeable, but controlled, increase in volume). That is why I am thinking of installing an X-pipe.

Would this be a good set-up for what I am looking for, or am I totally missing the mark? Any other suggestions? Perhaps SLP Power-Flo axle-backs rather than the Loudmouths? I'm sure there are Mustang owners out there that appreciate the quality of the sound over the quantity. Thanks for the help! I've had some time to think about upgrading the car while deployed to Iraq. I can't wait to see, I mean drive, my '05 again!

Does anyone have any experience with SLP Power-Flo's on their '05-'06 GT? Would the X-pipe make it sound too tinny or ricey?
