has anyone found or know where they place the buildsheets on this car (GT)?? my car is do in in 3 weeks (just got the letter) and for documentation i want a build sheet or 2. i know they make them cause i am a tech (of 5 years) at ford and stumbled upon one by accident in a freestar under the hood in the hood insulation. anyhow just wondering if anyone knows where they are in the mustang or even if they are there.

UNlikely its the same, but last year when I began the rebuild of the interior of my 70 mustang I found three build sheets under the front carpet. Two on drivers side, one on passenger side.

 

good for you man i love the old muscle cars i restore them on my days off mostly 70-72 gtos and some chevelles why GM? well because my GF's dad owns like 8 of them and we did the resto's on them and for bonding he buys them we restore them and then sell. well anyway i am just gonna rip the whole car apart anyway to look in the same spots as the early muscle cars like under the gas-tank in the interior and stuff i found one under a 1996 taurus gas tank on friday 1/20/06 so i know there there. anyway good luck with your cars.
