Default Exhaust Comparison

I am looking for a good exhaust system and the two that i came up with were Kook's long tubes which is 2 1/2" or a set up from Stainless Works which is 3" long tube system. I know going with a 3" exhaust on high horsepower cars is a lot better, but will the 3" exhaust system hurt me if i only plan on have about 430 to the wheels, should i just stick with the 2 1/2". On stock cars, the Stainless Works system claims around 30 RWHP with a good tune, The Kook's claim about 13 RWHP. Let me know what you guys think any opinions would help. Thanks
