Default Some questions about H-pipes

I was thinking about getting a h-pipe with SPL LMs

1. Do you have to weld H-pipes on ( im pretty sure you do but...)

2. Whats the difference between H-pipe and Offroad H-Pipe

3. Whats the best brand of H-pipes?

I've got that setup on mine JT. The H pipes came in two pieces and you just have a u clamp to where they connect and they slide in pretty easy. The pipes I got are from Pypes, and it's their off road pipes so you pretty much are getting the same bends and diameter as the stock pipes except the minus of cats. Which is going to give you more flow and a louder sound, but remember to keep your old pipes for when inspection comes around. Though for us, that shouldn't be for a while... unless of course you're lucky to live in a state with no inspections. Anyway, it's loud. Installation was fairly simply, and the stock exhaust is used with various clamps so no welding is required and you use the factory clamps and hangers. Hope this helps.

If you are going to use an off-road h pipe with SLP Loudmouths its gonna be LOUD!!! I mean LOUD!! as much as I like loud my buddy was getting all of the wrong attention, read police, glad I was able to hear it before I bought it. If you want to do the off road h-pipe you might want to try something other than the Loudmouths.

Haha, JJ. Yes, I have the setup and it is indeed loud... Though if you baby the throttle and drive it smoothly it's just a low rumble and nothing that attention-needy of the law. Though if you accelerate, they are surely going to hear you! Haha, it's fine for me though. It serves as a speed control, for reasons I just explained.

I got a set of off road H pipes from Brenspeed. (Very nice piece by the way.)
With that and 2 chamber flows....shes pretty loud.
