just going on weight loss alone they should be worth 2 tenths. the fronts weigh 20lbs. each and the rears are 34lbs. each. stock are 53 lbs. each 212-108=104 lbs. all unsprung and almost 40 lbs. rotating drivline weight lost. i'm figuring they are worth about 3 tenths of a second total. at this point with all the stuff i have done since my last run i'll be disappointed if it runs any slower than 12.50. i think it may run as quick as 12.20. only 3 weeks till NMRA spring nat's in bradenton,FL! we'll see then.

What sizes are they, Ive been looking for some race rims to buy, but have had trouble finding anything that would clear the stock calipers.

thats the problem with these cars. only people that have a race wheel availible now is bogart. weld racing was supposed to have their wheel ready back in the fall but no word as of yet anyway they were about $2500 for just the wheels...ouch. my rears are 15x10 and the fronts are 15x3.5. they are a special wheel so it takes a while to get them made but they are extremely lightweight and quality is second to none. on the rear you will have to get a kit from bmr or che to relocate the sway bar bracket but it's easy so don't worry about that.
i have also read that a discontinued wheel that weld racing made called the xp series will clear our brakes. they may be hard to find but so far i've seen two posts on other sites that have photos of these wheels on an 05-06. good luck. if you want prices on the bogarts call derik at JPC performance 866 JPC-RACE. they will hook you up with a package deal tires wheels lugs caps etc.

Derrik hooked you up spyder - those look great. Did you have to slightly shave the rear calipers? On another note, my driveshaft from JPC turned out to have a flaw and got remachined at inland driveline. Now the vibration is gone even at high speed. May want to check yours out to. Turned out to be a problem with the weld on the rear U-joint. I'm hearing it's a common problem with all the one-piece aluminum driveshafts and is a cheap fix if you take it to a driveshaft shop.

haven't touched the calipers. my driveshaft was already balanced when i had it shortened. i started out with the ranger shaft from frpp and i've had no issues with the shaft. i talked to derik yesterday and he gave me some good advise on what to do to cure the freakin gear noise i have at 40-60mph. i'll give it a try next week when i do the rear suspension.
the bogarts are going to run you about $1600 or so for a set. it's pretty cheap compared to weld's new wheel $2600 set. and they are 15" vs. welds wheel is 17" frt and rear=less choices for tire sizes and compounds.

Wait a minute - I want to get this straight. Your saying the 15" bogarts fit your factory rear rotors/calipers with no adjustments?????? Are they offest or something cause every 15" rim I tried so far wouldn't clear the calipers. Also is the rim a 10" cause I really want to run a 29" tall slick and cannot find a rim anywhere.

Edit - I just saw your other post where you said they were 10" on the rear. This is freakin awesome for me!!! I'm calling Derrik on Monday. Funny, I've known him and justin for years and ask them crap all the time but never thought of them for rims/tires...LOL I'm going to have to lose my baers up front but who cares, my car wants to lift so bad it's time to let her loose...
