Default Who has aftermarket HIDs in their 2010 Mustang?

I'm looking to get some aftermarket HIDs and put 'em in my 2010 Mustang. I can't find anyone that has done this. I had a set of HIDs that I had in my Jeep that I tried to put in the Mustang but they just kept flickering.

Will the HID kits for the 05-09 Mustangs work in the 2010 Mustangs?

I'd like to hear from someone who has actually installed them in their 2010 Mustang.

Thanks!

What type of kit did you try putting in there? Was it just plug and play hookup?

It was a kit I had in my Jeep. Here's a pic of one of the ballasts (not plug and play). I think the guy tried plugging it right in but it just kept flickering. Something to do with the power pulses from the computer or something.

I don't know if the 2010's are different when it comes to the computer or what..... The install guy was trying to tell me that they are.

Ideas?

Okay, so its plug and play, and on a ballast labeled with a 10A max (hopefully not at the 13.2V rating!) this should always be used with a harness.

The power is pulsed, but you can get around that with a wirring harness as well, most relays will stay closed under the pulsed power as long as the frequency is high enough. If its not enough to keep the relay closed, a capacitor will help do the trick. If you want some help setting that up please feel free to email us

I'd definitely be interested in getting some in. I'll probably go with a different set though. How much for everything I'd need, including the HID kit?
