Flat or Gloss?

Flat or Gloss?
I'm considering different apperance mods, and I'm having trouble deciding on which direction to go. First off, the car is Candy Red, has the dark 19" wheels, and will be getting 5% tint on all sides this week. My current choices for the next step:
#1: Paint all the black plastic surfaces gloss black (rear lower valance/side rockers/lower front valance/grille sides); put in a gloss black trunk insert; and add a roush like "tab" stripe on the powerdome on the hood.
#2: Leave the plastic surfaces flat; no rear insert; add flat stripes down the sides of the powerdome (i think a flat "tab" stripe would look too mopar); a flat side stripe down the center of each door.
#3: Paint all plastic surfaces body color (rear lower valance will only have the top half and sides painted down to the molded line); no hood or side accents
If cost isnt an issue, what is the concensus "best choice"?
