Default Had my grille painted...

For part of my project, I had decided since I had to take it off the old fascia, to take it to the bodyshop and have it painted. It is actually 2 pieces and they took it apart for me to paint just the outside part. Just got it back today! When its gets a little warmer I will finish working on installing the Roush foglights harness, and install the Roush Fascia. I can't wait to see the finished product!!!!

I am interested to see what this does to the overall front look. It looks like they did a good job on the painting and the contrast of the black and that blue is really nice. In the end I think it will be a nice low key look. Good idea.

They are 10 retainer tabs that hold that grille to the fascia. The best way to probably get at them is to have the fascia off. I followed the directions, I downloaded from Roush's website.

Maybe with the extended weekend I will get to installing it all on, and post up some pics.

Why do you want to take it off?

To be truthful, when installed hid fogs I had to bend forward, scracthed my top bumper and the fogs don't feel all way seated and need to take off to get a good aligned twist on them.

I used my panel removal tool and I think flat blade screwdriver... Try this link, hopefully it gets you to the link on Roush's website. Shows where the tabs are with arrows. Its going to be Step 12
