my ddm experience has sucked. I wouldnt recommend them to the devil, plus their life time warranty is a joke. Had a ballest go out completely, not firing at all, put a new set of bulbs in and same problem. Call them up, they ask me to send it to them, with my original receipt. Gotta go dig that out, Pay to ship it to california, after 2 weeks they say Its fine and force me to pay to ship it back to me.

I bought mine from ddmtuning also and they seem to be working well. I'm going to be installing them in 4 others cars this month and will let you know how all of those work out. The install on the mustang is a breeze though

I've heard very mixed reviews about the DDM products.

ddm tuning is good and cheap but if there are things that go wrong u will have to pay shipping however even with shipping u still wont pay the same amount that u would have buying from most other websites.

DDM is a joke. I have them on my 2000 they are ok... I wouldn't spend $115 on them again..

35w kit bright but rated by output, not rated by input wattage like generic manufactured kit ballasts are.

I hear that a lot, at least once a day. Usually its the "lost in the mail" run around though

Ya just an update on my ddmtuning kit. I've had the kit maybe 35 days now (approx.) and I already have to send the wiring harness back as there is definately something wrong with it. I switched the ulbs, ballasts, switched the ground to 7 different locations and it's still giving me problems. The passenger light comes and goes as it pleases.

Just figured I'd throw this out there while I'm reworking the harness. Oh and I will probably be buying the retrosolutions kits for the other 4 cars.
