Morning update. the Drivers side still works but now the passenger side bulb is not working. I had not driven or touched anything since last night in which everything worked.

Going to check the ground on the passenger side and see if thats it.
I've also contacted retro solutions and they advised it may need a capacitor.

when you turn em on, try flipping the switch on and off then back on.....I do that every time I turn mine on to ensure they both come on.....works every time....if there is a car in front of me I see if they both come on the first time....if they do ...then I leave it alone

I have also found that using the factory grounds works best
