Looks good, it gives the car a nice stance...

Guy, the camera is less important... it's the lens and the knowledge of how to use the camera that make the difference. You could buy a $10k camera/lens and have jacked up photos due to user error. All you need to do is read your manual, learn how ISO/Aperture/Shutter Speed interact and start experimenting.

haha I do have about 10g in gear...these shots were with my 1D Mark III and Sigma 50 1.4
my whole bag consist of
Canon 1D Mark III
Sigma 50mm 1.4 EX
Sigma 150mm f2.8 DG EX Macro
Sigma 17-35 f2.8-4 DG EX HSM
Canon 24-70L f2.8
Sigma 70-200 f2.8 DG EX HSM
Canon 100-400L 4.5-5.6
Canon 580ex Flash

That's a pretty sweet set up you got there! Lots of nice goodies. :-) You have one of my dream lenses in the 100-400. <drool>

My set up includes:
Canon XTi
Sigma 17-70 F2.8
Sigma 50-150 F2.8
Canon 430EX

I want to get a nice 50mm prime, but I get torn between making my car faster or getting new gear. :-)

My favorite lens is definitely the 17-70. The best walking around lens I've used.

Are there springs that drop 1 in the front and 1.5 in the rear?

not sure..these are supposed to be 1" front and 1.25 rear..Saleen has springs that are 1.25" front and 1.5" rear.

we just did the pro kit springs today in our 10, didnt need a spring compressor, went in real easy, looks much better.

you didnt use a compressor to remove the stock springs? i did mine were under alot of load
