Default Can our hoods be easily repaired?

So I am in a face-off with the insurance company about my hood. The front lip is bent down due to the impact. They are very confident that the hood can be repaired. My car only has 2000 miles so naturally I want a new hood.

Our hoods are fiberglass so i'm not really sure how likely the repair will be done perfectly.

Thoughts?
