Default 2011 Pedestal Spoiler/GT 500 Spoiler

Anyone know if I can replace my Pedestal syyle spoiler with a GT500 style spoiler and not have any exposed holes from the pedestal spoiler?

I really dislike my pedestal spoiler...

i concur, the pedestal spoiler ford went with is not the best. sadly, in the thread here about the 3DCarbon 3D500 spoiler, which is an near exact clone, one of the guys with the pedestal spoiler found the holes were exposed with the move. You will need body work or a new trunk lid. Perhaps a swap with someone that has the same color car as you with a stock spoiler? The GT500 and 3Dcarbon spoilers bolt to the same holes as the standard spoiler.

Its a CA special, it came with all that stuff. I really didnt even want a CA special. It was on the lot and had all the other options I wanted in the color I wanted so I bought it. Cant really take the side vents off as they have holes behind them I think.

I don't think there are holes behind the side vents.

While I like the look of the pedestal spoiler I don't like the construction with the hard black plastic on the bottom. It seems cheap to me. But in about 10 weeks you can say it's a Boss 302 Laguna Seca spoiler.

No holes behind side vents, they should just be held on with 3M sticky tape.

If you're going to order one it will have to be a 2012.

Does anyone know if the Roush spoiler will cover the pedestal spoiler's holes?

I don't think any spoiler will cover up the pedestal spoiler mounting holes. None of the other spoilers I have seen (Roush, GT500, Lip, Etc.) do not cover that area at all.
