A few months ago, someone on another thread had provided me with a link to ASD Motorsports, that distributed all the body panels for the Vaughn Gitten RTR-C Carbon Fiber Mustang. Since then though, the link's died. Does anyone else know where I can get the carbon fiber front fenders? Thanks.

I talked to the some boss guy at CDC and he said that the carbon body work from ASD used on VG car was not going to be put in production. It was special order only and therefore would cost more and be hard to get. Not sure why the web site is down but I wouldn't hold my breath.

That said Trucarbon or Trufiber same company says they will have a vented carbon front fender in soon. They have the fiber glass ones now but I want carbon. I haven't bought anything from them yet they seem to be getting there stuff from China or something it's like they don't know what's going on or they are just poor communicators. Anyway most all reports are the stuff is good quality.

I definitely like those vented fenders they have. And I guess for those of us who want the carbon fenders, it's out only option. I saw the Duraflex "Hotwheels" fenders in carbon, but the fit and finish of that fender is bad. That being true, I'll have to go with the TruFiber product, it's just that their pricing is RIDICULOUSLY high.
