Default hard wire radar detector

Don't have a manual and want to hard wire my radar detector to the passenger footwell fusebox. What number fuse can I use that turns off and on with the ignition-how about the powerpoint fuse and what # is that? Thx

Why don't you hard wire it in to the dome light housing internals?

just grab a volt meter and probe till u find a circuit that runs off the IGN then tap it

Seriously, if I remember correctly, the grey wire and the yellow wire in the dome light housing work perfectly.

just tap the IGN wire that way its only on when the car is
