Cool Fresh pics of my RTR :)

Pics in my sig. Finally got around to tinting windows, installing caliper covers, and some polishing using Turtle Wax ICE.

Next up: going to figure out about retrofitting in some OEM projectors with D2S HIDs.

According to Vaughn Gittin Jr when I talked to him in person, there are two black RTRs are the moment, with a total number in existence thus far at under 50.

*** EDIT: inserted 1280x960 res pictures below ***

Car is beautiful man. Question though...why did you choose to put caliper covers on only the front? I mean...if you are going to do faux calipers, you might as well make the rears look just as aggressive, right? Looks great though! Hadn't seen a black RTR until now.

Not sure what you mean. Putting the larger front covers on the rears won't work. Plus the rear calipers are usually smaller than the fronts, right?

He means to put smaller covers on the rear ones that would match the front ones. That way all 4 are matching in design, just not in size.

It keeps saying "page not found" when I click your link. Post them up on the thread.

I thought that's what I did... large covers for the fronts, smaller covers for the rears, or am I missing something

Try it now. If it still doesn't work, I'll post some pics right in the thread sometime tonight.

Haha sorry for the confusion...but it looked like you only added covers to the fronts. It looked like the rears are stock (and just painted). Never mind then...I was just thinking the rears would have been a bit larger than the stock calipers they were going on, thats all. Do you have any close up shots of them?

Looks great. What type of springs did you use to lower?
