Nah, she's not the chick in my avatar. I wouldn't be on here if she was. I'd be too busy trying to get laid all the time.

She's pretty supportive so far!

Also, I test drove a 5.0 yesterday with pretty much everything but Brembos and a Glassroof. Had nav, all the lighting options, etc... Likes it a LOT!!!!!!

Brembo's are a must! Not a fan of the glass roof though.

Yea if I was still looking at a 5.0 the brembos would have been a requirement.

The whole damn car was just an improvement over my 99, save for the super soft clutch, and the fact that it felt (and is) a lot bigger than mine.

Yeah, the pedal is soft but the engagement is proper so it does make for a nice daily driver feel while still holding torque. In regards to it's size, it's actually very easy to learn it's dimensions from behind the wheel. It doesn't feel like you're driving something two lanes wide like the Dodge and Chevy's. Good luck to you no matter what you end up with!

I still say keep it as one sweeping stripe down to the sides instead of breaking it up. Just my .02 though.

Yeah, it doesn't really follow the body lines of the hood/fender area too well.

I'm curious what some of you think about this scheme. I'll obviously be going with a stripe delete when I place my order.

Any suggestions or feedback is welcome.

Very nice look However it looks more like a normal GT with aftermarket mods or a BOSS.
REALLY looks like a BOSS to me.
I'd keep it more "Shelby" looking if I were you. Just my opinion.

However it does look GREAT. Just does not look "Shelby" like I said.
If it weren't for the different hood and front end you would not know it was a Shelby if it just drove by you unless you saw the back with the SHELBY letters.

I must agree. If you want the BOSS look just get a BOSS and get it blown if you want GT500HP numbers.
As far as anyone saying why not get a 5.0.... If you have the money for the Shelby vs. the GT:

BWWWUUUUBBB.... *Makes weird sound and does a quick confused head shake*
WHAT!?!!??
DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT GETTING THE GT!
ARE YOU CWWWWWAAAAZYYYY? lol!
