Agreed, looks good and is a nice accent with the black/red theme!

Your thread title says without removal so Im wondering how did u do this without removing it?
I bought the spray can at home depot. This is how I did it.
1) Make sure the cars clean and dry, and park it in a place without wind (garage prefered).
2) Mask off around the cap leaving a inch or so around it, then mask the rest of the rear. Heres a example

3)Using 1 to 1 1/2" sections of painters tape place the flat edge of the tape inside the gap between the silver part and the chrome and use a toothpick to push the tape behind the chrome. (takes a while)(don't forget to cover the GT part)
4) Spray away using the cans instructions. Once you've sprayed your last coat allow 1 hour of dry time.
5) Carefully remove all tape and the plasti-dip on the body.
6) Drink Beer

Hope this helps

Looking good!

If anyone ever wants to go with a custom painted version check us out.

Painters are definitely not cheap but they do an awesome job!

Painters tape and plasti-dip will not effect your paint, just remove the plasti-dip from the paint after it's dried for a hour. Harder to remove after that. (still not paint effecting though)

My bro is using it to seal the holes on his decklid since he removed his spoiler.

A big wall or just a day with no wind is cool, garage just makes it easier!
Good luck and have fun doing it!!!

Ain't that the truth. I've been wanting the front pony and rear cap in chrome with the flag for some time now, but there is no way in hell I would pay that much for them!
