I see all the posts on how to remove the door panel but was wondering if anyone knows how to remove the leather insert on the interior door. Thanks!

 

I just had that insert repaired on my '06, and the upholster said it was a real pain because they used some kind of melted plastic rivets. Getting it off wouldn't be as much of a problem as figuring out how to get it back on.
