Default Opinions on Rims/ideas

Well Lately I've been getting really sick of the 10 GT "track pack" wheels and the Pirellis ride like crap imo. So heres my dilemma: I love the look of the RTR wheels but I'm not willing to spend 2k+ on just rims alone. Really looking for a rim and tire deal but don't wanna spend a whole lot. I also love the look of the wheels on the Brembo package. My car is Performance White and came with a blue rocker stripe which sucks bc black rims might not go well with the blue stripe.

Long story short, can anyone suggest rims I can get at a descent price that may also look amazing on a white car?

P.S. I'm thinking of removing the blue rocker stripe and doing racing stripes in black or hood spears, undecided yet.

If you like/wanted the RTRs, here are ones that are similar and cheaper in price.

I don't know how I feel about black rims. This is beyond stressful. I feel like rims can make or break a car

You can always get those SVE Drift wheels and have them powder coated gunmetal like the RTRs and it'll still cost less.

You have a 2010 GT with a blue rocker stripe? Can you post a pic? I thought the rocker stripes were only found on V6 models from the factory.

You can get the Brembo wheels from Roush as take-offs for $1600 and I'm sure you can find a deal from someone who just replaced their Brembo wheels.

OMG!!! goodfun I could kiss you! I'm a tech at a local Ford dealer and I priced a Brembo wheel out my price and its was something like 900 bucks each!!! I've been looking for these for awhile and I could only find them in black, and yeah I have a stupid blue rocker stripe that says mustang GT. If it wasn't blue and black I wouldn't mind it, I mean the interior is black for christ sake how can you make the stripe blue!!!!

haha unless you're a hot single chick living in Vegas, I think I'll pass.

You're welcome though, and it looks like KonaStang found you a deal $400 cheaper.

How did you become a tech at the dealer? I'm in school right now for Automotive Collision Repair. I'm guessing you're ASE certified?
