How to Remove 11' license plate bracket?
Any one know how to remove the 2011/2012 front license plate bracket? I took the plate off and it seems to be a threaded screw with a rivet on the bottom. Looks like crap and I'd like it gone!

I think I know what you're talking about. My salesman gave me two to pop in to cover the holes but I ended up not using them.
Pretty sure you need a plastic prying tool similar to the ones I use in my automotive collision repair class but aren't plastic but are used to remove rivets.

Pic of what I'm referring to, not sure if this is what you're seeing.

I don't think you get the point he's trying to make
My car did not have the front plate installed, so on the front bumper there are not any holes. Whoever installed your front license plate bracket actually drilled it into the bumper basically damaging it. If you want to take the plate off, it might look crappy underneath now.
Again, if you DID get that, then my bad.

Here in Oklahoma we don't require front plates. However, I had my car dealer traded from Texas and during their PDI they install the front tag holder. Upon delivery i unscrewed the tag holder and used a plastic dent massager tool to flatten the holes. It's not too obvious now but I do have a black Mustang so that might help in hiding the holes.
If you look at any mustang front bumper, there is 2 undrilled pilot hole recesses for lining up the front plate.
As for the plastic rivets, i'd think they just pull out with some force. Or, remove the bumper and cut them short on the inside if that'll prevent more damage.
