Default rear deck

what's the best way to remove the gas fax emblem? fish string that too? it's glued on and fits close to the trunk so don't want to mar the paint!
thanks.....

Small screwdriver (with a towel underneath) might do the trick. Or fishing line.

I had a decklid panel originally, so I just yanked it off. The faux cap on those are kinda built in to the panel.

heat it up and use a prying tool with something behind it for protection. I hear it takes a bit more work then the fender badges. I'll have to rip mine off in a couple of weeks too, so if you learn anything from doing it, post it up!

Heat, fishing line, protected pyring tool and patience is all you need.

American Muscle has a good set of instructions. They use a miniature pry bar I think.
