Max. Motorsports Adj. panhard bar and Ford Racing K springs. I was told by American Muscle that I needed GT500 tophats. This is not true! They are incompatible. I hope that whoever is doing research on this in the future finds this thread helpful.

That's really weird. I've heard from so many sources that the K springs needed the GT500 tops. Maybe they came out with a new K spring for that year? Idk. Or maybe everywhere and everyone who's told me has been wrong.

Either way, looks good!

Pre-2011 seem to need the GT500 top hats. Not with the 2011+ though for some reason.

I thought you on need Gt500 top hats to install pre 2011 struts on a 2011+ cars. Springs are all the same.

Car looks awesome now! Glad I Could help. ANd yes the gt500 top hats are to be used when you use 2005-2010 aftermarket struts. Otherwise yes you can use any brand springs with the stock top hats on 2011+ mustangs!
