Default Hood Scoop? Yah or Ney??

Just wanted to get some feed back on what you guys/gals think if I should install this non-functional hoodscoop on my ride. I'm 50/50 as of right now. Here are some pics (I just placed the hoodscoop on the hood to get a general idea how it would look if installed). All inputs will be appreciated whether negative or positive, it's all good. Oh, this is a non-functional hoodscoop by the way. Thanks

I'm not a fan of the non functional hood scoop club and I don't like the size of it, to me it just looks hideous but thats just my opinion. If you like it go for it, thats all that really matters!

I think you should put it on. But you should paint it gray and have the stripe matched on with the stripe you have.

I am not a fan of these non-functional hood scoops. If it were formed as one piece with the hood then that would be different but when it sits on top with 3m tape and you can see that its non-functional, whats the point?

If I was going to get an add-on scoop, that's probably the one I'd get. However, I'd seriously consider getting a replacement hood because it looks way better, and you have a number of configurations to choose from from various manufacturers.

I know it's more expensive, but believe me - it looks WAY better.

Cervini's Ram Air hoods

TruFiber A42 hood (I think you'd like this one - it's cheaper and looks kinda like the scoop you selected)

I've ordered the Cervini's Type IV with billet heat extractors for my 2012. It should arrive any day, and will take a few days to be fitted/painted. I hope to have the car re-hooded by Saturday.

Not a fan, non-functional. But it is your car after all
