Does anyone know if the boss 302 style rear difuser will plug into the 2013 standard bumper?

 

If it is the 10-12 style then I wouldn't think so. The 2013's have new rear bumper designs.

 

I know that there has been issues mixing and matching in years past.

 

Well Frustration, you're going to be frustrated because I don't see it happening. In '10-'12, all you have to do is remove a lower rear valence to exchange bumper cover appearances. In 2013, they moved back to a one piece rear cover and you'll either A) have to find a bolt on valence that will require taping/bolting or B) remove the entire rear cover and install a COMPLETE 2012 bumper cover IF the mounting locations match up, which I have no clue if they do or not.

 

I think the OP might be referring to the 2013 boss 302 diffuser..... lol.

and I believe it does fit right in to the standard bumper. I'm talking to tousley about it now. They have it for $206.31 and it retails for $312.58.

Let me know if it really is just a plug in... Again this is the rear diffuser, not the front lip splitter I'm talking about.

So your trying to find out if the 2013 Boss fits on to the GT? The previous model boss fits with modification based on a thread I saw. Definitely too much work for my liking though. Anyone add a 2013 Boss diffuser yet?

 

Yea its on another thread. Found his video also. check it out. I want to do it but seems like alotta work. but thats just me.
