use this to compare tire heights/sizes

Stock 245 45 19's are 27.7 inch tall, 255/40/19's are 27.0 inch tall. 295 35 20's would be 28.1 inch tall and provide a smaller wheel gap that either of those. Try to get fronts and rears within 1 inch of each other.
