Question Looking for A nice oversize Sun Visor Replacement

I'm finding that my 2011 V6 Visors are dangerous. Although to be fair, its more a factor of driving in the desert with the sun at eye level than the car itself. I'd like to find something that looks sharp with the Dark Charcoal leather interior that completely covers the top of the glass. The current one lets light in the upper right corner and around the rear-view mirror. There are times when I come around a bend, get a face full of fusion power, and just plain can't see pedestrians or my own lane for that matter.

I'd rather not go the tint route as that always ends up crappy in my experience (It gets too hot in the sun here and melts off the glass). Google hasn't turned up anything other than OE size or older models. Anyone else have this issue?

Have a shop custom make what you need.

Never saw tint melt off of a windshield, lived in and around Phoenix for 35 years......

get a piece of smoked plastic (or clear plastic and have that tinted), then cut it to length, then clip it to the visor....

VIOLA!! instant visor extension! No reason why you can't fabricate something cost effective that will get the job done.

The VOCs released under heat and UV make it bubble and peel off.

I could also just duct tape the spots on the glass that are not covered, but then that would look about as ghetto as clipping on a piece of plastic...
