Get one of these and it'll take about 30 minutes with essentially zero effort on your part:

Use at LOW speed and you'll have zero issues with burning the paint (ie you don't want to be anywhere near the 4k max rpm rating). I used one of these to remove the stock 5.0 badges and replace them with blacked out badges, and it worked great.

Still need to hit it up with some rubbing compound and polish em so they shine, but considering I painted and installed them myself, I'd say it came out pretty good! A bit of a long install, but not difficult to do, just lots of steps.

Also, for anyone who may remove old louvers, that 3M crap came off in probably 15 mins after hitting it up with Skin so Soft (thanks mom ) and using a $2 plastic "SaferScraper" I saw when buying the sealer. No hard tedious scrubbing or excessive work
