its on the first page of this thread with a pic. Its just thier regular 05-10 v6 bar. they didnt need to redesign apearantly.

Dont look at the jaws, look at the scale. 0 lines up with 15mm or .6".

So, more than 1/2 inch. And thats the closest point I could find. My hand fits everywhere else.

The first pic is kind of deceiving. Theres a shadow cast by using the camera flash. Thats why I wanted to show exactly what the calipers read.

Ordered the Steeda Brace through my speed shop, Steeda actually said was for 2011 V6 too Part number 555-5718

Dang it!!!!

I didn't get back to you fast enough.

The strut brace for the 2011 V6 is the same as the 2010 GT.

Mines coming in Friday.

I also got the same story from the Ford parts guy. He said I need to give him the VIN of the car, because they would have to pull the engine cover from the production line.

And yes. I also ordered the strut brace from the dealership about a month ago. It was the same deal, the 5.0. Their system is fubar on the 2011 models right now.
