Had set of those on my MCA wheels. They fit just fine. They just didn't work with the wheels.

Never seen any that spin freely separate of the wheel. If you wanted you could take your finger and spin them yourself.

When you say they "didn't work" do you mean they didn't look good or that they would not spin on the wheel?

Thanks Tex-stang, I looked at the pictures and agree that they just "don't work" with the MCA wheel. Thanks for the tip.
